Bobby is a Manager with Pacific Telephone and is currently serving as Order of the Arrow Lodge Adviser (sic), and Scoutmaster for his own troop and one of the Council’s World Jamboree Troops. Over the past eighteen years Bobby has been active in a variety of positions, including Webelos Leader, Cubmaster, Assistant Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Troop and Pack Committee Member, Unit Commissioner, Assistant District Commissioner, Roundtable Staff Member, District Program Chairman, Training Team Member, High Adventure Chairman, Order of the Arrow Associate Advisor(sic), Unit S.M.E. Chairman, Training Team Member and Camporee Coordinator. Bobby is fully trained as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader, has attended Wood Badge, Commissioner Training, Philmont, Backpack Awareness courses, and National Leadership seminars. Bobby is a veteran of the U.S. Army, and is active with the Capistrano Valley Baptist Church. He has served the Community in the Boys’ Club, Junior Achievement, Rotary Club, Homeowners Association, and Pacific Telephone’s Pioneers of America. He and his wife Beverly Sue2live in San Juan Capistrano and have three sons, all active in Scouting, Bobby, Bruce and Byron, both Eagle Scouts.
