Holcomb Valley Scout Ranch was located North of Big Bear in Holcomb Valley. The camp was acquired in 1973 to succeed and provide a local alternative to Circle B in the Southern Sierra Nevada.
The camp was centered on a large meadow and had a horse program. The camp served Old Baldy Council and San Gabriel Valley Council before being sold.
