John P. Dudley is a lifelong Scout, Scouter, and Professional Scouter. He began his time in Scouting, where he received the Vigil Honor from Siwinis Lodge # 252. John replaced Carl Helmick as the Riverside County Council Executive, continuing into the first 23 years of California Inland Empire Council, before retiring in 1995.
John continues as a volunteer in the council.
