Attendance was 560, a record for Section W4A. The Conclave theme was “Pointing To The Future.” The participants award was an arrow-shaped leather patch with the theme on it. The Conclave theme was “Firm Bound In Brotherhood.” This was the first year of the Most Spirited Lodge Award.
