1989 Section W4A Conclave - Area 4 History - OA/Camps/Councils

The Conclave theme was “Headed for the future.” Special guests included Jack Stephens, National Chief, Esten Grubb, Region Chairman, Bobby Rainwater, Area Adviser, Alex Phethean, Section W4B Chief, and Roy Anderson, Section W4C Chief. Attendance was 488.

The Outstanding Lodge Award was won by Yowlumne Lodge # 303. Yowlumne Lodge # 303 won the Ordeal Trophy, and Topa Topa Lodge # 291 won the Brotherhood Trophy. The Most Spirited Lodge was Ta Tanka Lodge # 488.
