Grand Canyon Council # 12 was based in Flagstaff, Arizona, and served most of Northern Arizona. This Council succeeded several Councils that came into being in Prescott.
The last Council Service Center was located at 2200 East Cedar Avenue # 12, Flagstaff, Arizona 86004. Its Order of the Arrow Lodge was Chee Dodge Lodge # 503.
In 1993, the Council merged with Theodore Roosevelt Council # 10 to form Grand Canyon Council # 10.
