Camp Chagres was the camp for Balboa Canal Zone Council, which was briefly in Region 12 from 1948 to 1959. The camp was on Madden Lake (Lake Alahuela).
While the camp was opened in 1963, so it never was technically part of Region 12 or Area 4, it is included because the Council and OA Lodge were members until 1959.
