Clifton Royal Allen (1881 – 1965)

Clifton Allen was a longtime Scouter and attorney.

He was the second Scoutmaster of Troop 91 in Fullerton, California. He is the namesake of Camp Allen, a camp in the San Bernardino that was leased by the United States Forest Service to the Troop.

Mr. Allen was also an early Silver Beaver Recipient in Orange County Council, receiving the honor in 1947.

He worked as an attorney, running for California State Assembly in 1934. He was later the City Attorney of Fullerton.
