Desert Pacific Council was headquartered in San Diego, California. The council came into existence from the merger of San Diego County Council and Desert Trails Council.
The Order of the Arrow Lodge was Tiwahe Lodge # 45.
In 2004, the Council changed their name to San Diego-Imperial Council.
