1992 Section W4A Conclave - Area 4 History - OA/Camps/Councils

The Conclave theme was “OA: Voyage To Discovery.” Special guests included Esten Grubb, Tom Tabb, and Bobby Rainwater. Attendance was 398.

Siwinis Lodge # 252 and Topa Topa Lodge # 291 shared the Outstanding Lodge award. Topa Topa Lodge # 291 won the Ordeal and Brotherhood Trophies. The Most Spirited Lodge was Siwinis Lodge # 252.
