1980 Section W4A Conclave - Area 4 History - OA/Camps/Councils

Western Region Chief Richard Good was a special guest. The participant patch had a black border. There was also a grey border patch that was given to the Council of Chiefs and Special Guests.

The Outstanding Lodge award was won by Spe-Le-Yai Lodge # 249. The Ordeal Trophy was won by Malibu Lodge # 566. The Brotherhood Trophy was won by Spe-Le-Yai Lodge # 249.
