1981 Section W4A Conclave - Area 4 History - OA/Camps/Councils

Kurt Christiansen was elected Western Region Chief at the December 1980 National Planning Meeting. He was permitted by the National Order of the Arrow Committee to complete his term as Section Chief because the 1981 Section W4A Conclave was within a week of his required date of resignation.

The Conclave Chairman was Joe Paris. The patch for participants had a white border, while the patch for Council of Chiefs and special guests was a silver mylar patch.

The Outstanding Lodge award was won by Ta Tanka Lodge # 488. The Ordeal Trophy was won by Malibu Lodge # 566. The Brotherhood Trophy was won by Ta Tanka Lodge # 488.
